The Peak Health Retreat converts your time at The Capra into a structured, yet intuitive, wellness experience. Built around daily movement, expert guidance, and deeply nourishing cuisine, the Peak Health methodology, designed in collaboration with medical and wellness experts, will lay the foundation to improve metabolic health, posture, flexibility, stress resilience, and sleep quality, while remaining enjoyable and realistic.

Mornings begin with guided Alpine hikes, enhancing cardiovascular capacity and muscular endurance, followed by afternoons that allow space for rest, reflection, and recovery. Daily prompts and suggestions encourage small, meaningful changes that gently rewire habits around nutrition, movement, and mindset—supporting weight balance and long-term wellbeing without extremes.

The culinary approach remains central: fresh, beautifully prepared meals prioritise seasonal vegetables, high-quality proteins, and healthy fats to support energy during the day and restoration at night. The result is a retreat that feels integrated into your lifestyle rather than imposed upon it—leaving you refreshed, lighter, and better equipped to sustain the benefits after departure.

Includes

  • Induction to the Peak Health Retreat, including a one-on-one wellness consultation with Peak Health’s Spa Director
  • Daily two to three hour guided hike with outdoor wellness practice (depending on season and weather conditions)
  • Daily prompts and suggestions to improve your wellness
  • Daily 50-minute group yoga, or meditation class
  • Access to the Peak Health Spa, with indoor swimming pool, outdoor hydrotherapy pool and thermal wellness area
  • Two course nourishing breakfast, designed to stabilize glucose and provide energy, daily
  • Balanced two course lunch, to support muscle recovery, daily
  • Three course dinner, mainly plant based to support rest and detoxification, daily

Retreats start from CHF 350 per guest per day. This is available to book through our reservation system as an add-on to your stay.

  • 8:15 – 9:15 AM: Morning  activation
  • 9:30 – 10:15 AM: Peak Health Breakfast at The Capra Hotel
  • 10:30 – 1:00 PM: Guided outdoor activity (hike)
  • 1:30 – 2:30 PM: Peak Health Lunch at The Capra Hotel
  • 3:00 – 4:00PM: Optional Yoga or Pilates class (recommended)
  • 4:15 – 6:45PM: Free time for the spa use and treatments at a 10% discount
  • 7:00 – 8:30PM: Peak Health Dinner at The Capra Hotel
  • 9:00 – 9:30PM: Recommended evening walk
  • 9:30 – 10:00PM: Meditation practice and Journaling.
