Our Farm to Table Dining Philosophy

Dining at The Capra feels like home. Here, we combine our cozy and relaxed atmosphere with delicious food made with an attention to detail and served with love. Our Brasserie and Lounge menus focus on making unpretentious dishes that use local and sustainably sourced ingredients. The inspiration for our dishes begins at our own doorstep, the great mountains of the Swiss Alps. Our menu changes with the season and our ingredients are sourced from farmers and artisans who are as passionate about quality as we are. Our Brasserie menu follows, what we call, "the luxury of simplicity" – an honest, uncomplicated cuisine focusing on delivering delicious food.
In our Wine Cellar, we offer our Chef’s Table with advanced booking. In this intimate setting, our Chefs prepare an inspired 6-course set menu served with an optional selection of Swiss wine pairings.
